Use of the service
- You are responsible for the content you create, upload, record, publish, or share through Sipura.
- You must not use Sipura for unlawful activity, harassment, abuse, infringement, or unauthorized access.
- You must ensure you have the right to record, store, share, or publish any content involving other people.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
Published content and public pages
If you choose to publish a story page, you are responsible for ensuring that the published material is lawful, non-infringing, and appropriate for public access.
Sipura may remove or restrict published pages where reasonably necessary to address legal complaints, abuse reports, security incidents, or platform risk.
Subscriptions and paid features
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, renewal terms, billing cycles, cancellation rights, and refunds are governed by the applicable app store or billing platform together with any additional in-product subscription disclosures.
Content ownership and limited license
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Sipura the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, back up, and display that content as required to operate the features you choose to use.
Service changes and availability
Sipura may evolve over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, including changes related to security, infrastructure, compliance, and product direction.
Disclaimer and limitation
Sipura is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Glasrocks Technology Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
